Prasanna Sudke is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate. He has more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in the industry. He has been involved in advising various clients in indirect tax matters in diverse fields like leasing companies, e-commerce industry, real estate industry and the likes. His practice area includes Business Advisory, RERA and GST. He specializes in Structuring of Loans, Cost Saving, Seed funding, Re-Finance, Private equity, Tax Advisory & Planning, Investment Planning.
MR. MB NARAYANAN, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
MB Narayanan is a Chartered Accountant & has worked in various Senior Management postions in Panalpina, Lee & Murihead Ltd and Bertling Logistics in India and Overseas. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director in Bertling Logistics India Pvt Ltd, one of the world's largest Freight Forwarders & Ship owners. He was also in the board of Globe Forwarding Agencies Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Custom House Agent in India. His rich experience paves way for services like Risk Management, Due Diligence, Restructuring & Turnaround strategies, Financial Management, M&As, etc.
